Leaving a legacy gift could help women like these in Tanzania to earn a living and provide food for their families.

6th-12th September 2021 is Remember A Charity Week

This week is Remember A Charity Week, where charities and supporters are thinking about what legacy could be built by leaving a gift in your Will.

We have been honoured by the legacy gifts left to us at Action on Poverty and we are proud to be part of bringing supporters, partners and communities in East and West Africa together to overcome poverty together.

These gifts help enable people facing some of the harshest poverty in the world to transform their lives and communities and earn enough to live with dignity.

If you might consider leaving a gift to Action on Poverty in future, thank you so much for this profound gesture in solidarity with people facing poverty.

We know that some people like to keep their wishes private when they write their Will, and we respect this. If you would like to share that you are considering leaving a bequest, this doesn’t put you under any obligation and we would love to say thank you and send you occasional updates about our work.

Equally, if you have any questions about our work, how donations of any kind are used or any other matter, we are available to all of our supporters.

You can email our Fundraising and Communications Manager Megan at megan.andrews@aptuk.org.uk or our main email address info@aptuk.org.uk. Alternatively, you can find our address and phone number here to call or write.
