Make a gift in your Will

Dame Judi Dench is the Patron of our Legacy Appeal.

Judi Dench“Your legacy will benefit some of the poorest people in the world.  Whatever the amount you leave, you will be helping vulnerable people to break out of the poverty trap that has blighted the lives of so many others.  Children will have the opportunity to go to school and men and women will be able to learn the skills and gain the confidence to earn a living to provide for their families.”

Your gift really will transform lives, so please remember APT Action on Poverty in your Will.  Thank you.”

Legacies are incredibly important to APT Action on Poverty. Leaving a gift in your Will can transform the lives and futures of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the world

Whatever amount you are able to leave will make a huge difference:

£500 could help 40 children start their first year at primary school

£2,500 could give 50 women access to skills and training to enable them to provide food, medicine and education for their children and dependents

£5,000 could help 100 people to set up their own small enterprises to bring in a regular income, enabling their families to improve their health and enjoy more than one nourishing meal a day

If you would like to know more about making a bequest to APT Action on Poverty please download our legacies leaflet: Give the Gift of a Future…  If you have decided to make a bequest to our charity, please let us know, so that we can thank you and send you news of our work – e-mail: info@aptuk.org.uk.
