30 Days and raising just £1 per day to help Action on Poverty, with challenges that require no training, no sports kit and not a protein shake in sight! Just a bit of will power and a giving spirit.
Each of our challenges can start today at your own front door or right now at your office desk. No equipment is required so all you need do is to let us know you are taking part and then every day you succeed (and we believe you will) you can put away £1 for the charity.
Poverty and health are very much linked one is the consequence and often the cause of the other. In the countries Action on Poverty works in we see directly the consequences of poverty on peoples health. Our work is to try to lift people out of poverty and in doing so we see so many cases of improved health and well-being.
There is no time frame other than doing 30 days for your challenge so you can start any day throughout 2016.
If you are really up for a challenge then take part in our Triple Challenge by taking on all three of the £1 challenges simultaneously.
